Zitat:it's essentially the same concept as u are compensating the denominator for the increased numerator since you are counting it out of 100% on the top. The only difference is that with the increased numerator, the +1 changes as it is weighted according to the base stats of all units across all the units in the game, normalized with respect to the denominator. The other stats, just as well, cannot, receive more rolls than the 4 upgrades that are given on each rune, which can be considered "not further upgradable" since the stats rolled into the CR and Speed. It would be inconsistent to give the fixed stat 100% while giving the rest of the stats 20%; we would just take the initial stat+ the stat rolls/maxper roll and would arrive at something like:
[7/7+8/8+18/18+18/18+7/8+(normalized stat weighted average)]/[5+(normalized stat weighted average)
Although each formula looks "better" on paper, the 1 point difference makes all the difference when you think about the total amount of points possible on a rune, which means that 1 point into accuracy does lower it's efficiency by almost a whole percent which in the grand scheme of things makes sense.
Da bin ich ja mal gespannt, was unsere Mathe-Experten dazu sagen^^
