Here are some of my observations regarding ADs at this level:
•Speed leaders are very common (about 2/3rds of all AD). Most of them also have an atb booster and are designed to get first turn and cripple your offense. Psama is obviously the most common spd leader but other spd leaders that serve secondary functions such as Seara with damage or Chiwu/Gemini with strip are also popular. As for atb boosters, Orion is way more popular than Bernard. Even though he's slower, he has the potential to really mess up the enemy AO.
•The other common AD (about 1/3rd) are hp lead teams that probably contain some combination of will runes, CC, bruisers, and a nemesis healer. They are designed to outsustain you over multiple turns, or interrupt your combo in some way.
•Regardless of what kind of AD you have, damage is always very important. An average AD has 2 damage threats, and they often are either bruisers with HP/DEF scaling (BMs, Rakan, Pandas), annoying passives (Camilla, Xing Zhe), CC (Okeanos, Zaiross), or have a second life mechanic (Theo, Perna, Psama).
•The 2 main AOs to consider defending against is always going to be the will/shield AO and lushen teams. Some combination of AoE strip, will and nemesis runes, and outspeeding the AO is going to be an important element of every AD.
•Yes, all these ADs are full of specific nat 5's that can fulfill multiple roles. This may be a very frustrating part of arena for a lot of players who haven't had much summoning RNG. However I will say 2 thing. First, while these are the most popular ADs, plenty of players have succeeded with unpopular and more accessible monsters. In fact, the players who have had the most success on AD are the ones who use innovative and creative ADs. Every AD is consistently beatable, and most attackers are going to be more comfortable hitting one of these popular ones they are familiar with rather than an unknown and unfamiliar AD. And second, what matters the most as far as your weekly arena tally goes is your rush hour AD. Funnily enough, rush hour AD at this level is full of nat 3's and nat 4's such as Rinas, Fria, Sonoras, Chloe, etc.
