- Restore Samurai (Wind)'s skill, Thunder Wield
(Attacks by wielding the sword faster than lightning and maximizes the enemy's cooltime. The Attack Power increases as the attack speed increases.)
- The additional data will be implemented at 2am PST for all servers.
