Users who have been caught using unauthorized programs and hacks for the renewed Trial of Ascension were restricted from the game on Nov. 3rd 10pm PST.
Please note that real-time monitoring will proceed for Summoners War in order to seek out any accounts that breach the Com2uS Terms of Service.
We'd like to apologize for the error during the restriction process which resulted in restricting users who weren't supposed to be restricted.
The restriction on these users have been removed and a compensation reward has been sent individually as an apology. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your understanding.
